This workshop is designed for artists who are seeking a practice to deepen their mind-body connection, enhance physicality, mental acuity, and calmness. Physical drills and meditation techniques stemming from martial arts practice are integrated throughout this series to equip the artist with practical tools for gaining strength, mobility, flexibility, reactivity, balance and connecting to their breath. Beyond the practical, the crossover applications to cultivating a more palpable sense of self-reflexivity, discipline, focus, presence and grace are undeniable.
